POLICIES & PROCEDURE

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the studio policies. All clients must adhere to Vision Lab’s policies and procedures.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WHEN INSIDE THE RECORDING BOOTHS.

Sessions/Bookings can be canceled/ended if studio policies aren’t followed.

BOOKING

A 50% deposit is required to book your recording session. The deposit will be refunded only if you cancel more than 24 hours before your session time.

Sessions may also be rescheduled 24 hours prior to session start times.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made through the booking section at visionlab.ie/book-now

CANCELLATION FEE

Cancellations after 24 hours forfeit the deposit unless we can rebook your time. You will then receive a refund of your deposit for any portion of time that we are able to rebook

STUDIO RULES

  • Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere within the building, including washrooms and stairwells. If you smoke outside the building, you must be at least 25 feet from the studio doors and windows. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the property grounds if you do smoke

  • Drug use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on the property. Any such behavior by the clients or by the clients’s crew or guests will result in immediate termination of the contract and removal of the person(s) from the facility with no refund of paid time

  • It is recommended that only individuals essential to the recording be present during the booked time.

  • If a customer brings personal equipment into the Studio, the customer is solely responsible for the working order of the equipment. Vision Lab reserves the right to refuse or to allow the use of such equipment if Vision Lab believes it to be in unsafe condition

STUDIO GEAR (DAMAGE)

In the event a piece of studio gear owned by Vision Lab or any part of its facility becomes damaged by you, or anyone in your party, due to negligence, accident, or willful act, you agree to provide monetary compensation in the amount of full replacement value of the damaged item. Damage to the studio property of any kind that are a result of anyone in client's party or group will be assessed to client's account.

RECORDING SESSION POLICIES

START/END TIMES

Sessions and Studio Hires begin at the time booked. If you arrive early and the studio can accommodate an early start, then the session clock will begin at that time. If you are late for any reason, you will be charged from the scheduled session start time, with no exceptions. Please call if you are going to be late!

EXTENSIONS

If there is no appointment after your session then it may be extended at 1 hour increments. We do our best to be flexible. It is always a good idea to leave 10-20 minutes left at the end of your session to double-check final bounces and allow time for uploads and file transfers. 

BOUNCES

Your session must be paid in full in order to receive your session bounce. Please bring your own hard drive to receive the session bounce. If you are unable, the session bounce will be emailed to you upon request.
