TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT

The Agreement alone applies to all facilities hired and work done by the Company for the Client and prevails over any terms and conditions put forward by the Client.

2. STUDIO FACILITIES

  • Vision Lab shall make the Studio and the Operators available to the client for the period of the Booking

  • The Client shall only permit people directly involved in the recording, production, or video/photo shooting as stated on the booking form, to enter the premises and only during the booking period

  • Vision Lab reserves the right to require any person to leave the premises.

  • The client is responsible for:

    • ensuring the suitability of the Studio for the Client’s purpose;

    • ensuring that the Client’s Equipment is compatible with the Studio;

    • any issues or damage caused by any use of the clients own part record media and plug-in software

3. BOOKING FEES & PAYMENT

  • The Client shall pay the Booking Fee in cleared funds to such bank account as Vision Lab may nominate in writing

  • All Fees shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction, or withholding.

  • Vision Lab may raise invoices in respect of the Fees at any time.

  • The Fees shall not be reduced as a result of:

    • the Client’s failure to use the Studio for any or all of the Period of the Booking;

    • the Client’s cancellation of the Booking or any part thereof;

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Between 24 - 12 hours prior to the start of the session: 50% is refundable

  • Less than 12 hours prior to the start of the session: no refund is given

5. RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

  • The Client may reschedule or cancel their booking, up to 12 hours before the booking is due to start through the initial booking confirmation email. If a cancelation is made 12 hours before the booking the 50% percent of the initial full amount will be returned as cash to your card or bank account at our discretion

  • Should the client reschedule or cancel their booking less than 12 hours before the confirmed time, payments are non-refundable.

  • If you arrive late for your booking, we are unable to re-schedule or extend your session at “no cost”

  • In the event that vision lab has to reschedule or cancel the client’s booking, we will contact the client via email or the contact number provided to inform them. The client will be offered an alternative time or a refund of the Booking Fee.

5. UNAUTHORISED ACCESS

  • The Client’s access to the Studio shall be limited to such areas of the Premises that are necessary for the Booking or as directed or permitted by Vision Lab.

  • Vision Lab, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse entry by the Client or any Client Personnel to any area of its Premises at any time.

  • Entry to any surrounding businesses within the building by the client or any client personnel is strictly prohibited at all times.

6. SMOKING

  • Smoking anywhere on the Premises is strictly forbidden. This applies to anything that can be smoked and includes but is not limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and herbal cigarettes. This is in the interest of hygiene, safety, and the health of other users of the Studio, the Company’s employees, and in compliance with legal requirements.

  • Any Client or Client Personnel wishing to smoke must do so strictly within a designated outside area on the Premises.

7. DRUGS

  • Vision Lab is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for all employees, contractors, Clients, Client Personnel, and visitors involved in its operation

  • The use of drugs on the Premises by the Client or Client Personnel is strictly forbidden.

  • Any Client or Client Personnel found using, supplying, under the influence, or in the possession of, an illegal substance whilst on the Premises will be required to leave the Premises immediately and may face prosecution under the law. A breach of this clause shall be deemed to be a material breach of this Agreement. In such circumstances, Vision Lab reserves the right to terminate the booking, regardless of whether such Booking has commenced or not, and any Fees paid or owing to Vision Lab by the Client shall be non-refundable

8. VARIATION

  • We reserve the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at our sole discretion at any time, without affecting orders already placed. Your use of the website is deemed acceptance of its terms.
